All of the kit is provided, you just need your swimmies.  Some people prefer to wear an old tee shirt as well for comfort or modesty when wearing the buoyancy jacket.  You also need to be reasonably fit, be able to swim 50m, and have filled in the disclaimer form, (follow the link below).  If you are under 14 years of age, sorry - we cannot cater for you just yet.  Between 14 - 18, you need a responsible adult with you - parent or guardian.
